Is There A Possibility To Have Black Bugs In Urine?

I have been getting black bugs apearing in my urine about once a month or so. I think the doctors think I am crazy but they are real. They look a little like a black fly. I am out of breath most times and very tired. I have high anti thyroid antibodies so they put my on synthroid. It's not working and I am sure its related to these bugs. I have been dealing with this for over a year. Where should I go from here?

Dear patient i would not think you are crazy as i want to help you get rid of this issue so be sure what i am writing for you is completely understood by you. First you have to prove your doctor that yes the bugs are in your urine so try to collect sample of urine in a container so that you can givethem the proof that those bugs are really there ig will enable them to believe you and get that bug tested as well.secondly try to think on this fact that there is no way through whic a fly like bug can enter your bladder as your bladder has only one opening which is urethera and for any doctor it is impossible to say that a fly like bug can crawl into it without letting the person know that it is thereso you keep an undergarment on so that no bug can go inside too.lastly if you agree with me that bugs can not crawl inside through urethera and you are still confident that there are bugs which you see but you are unable to catch them then believe me i am at your side to help you out by saying that you need to consult a psychiatrist because our brains sometimes confuses one image with another due to which our brain's corrupted software start thinking about the things which are not there actually like at the sight of urine one may start thinking of bugs and start visualizing them although for others they are not there...i hope you will understand and think logically about all the possibilities.
