Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

In Diabetes, if the blood sugar levels are not under control, and if any infection occurs in legs which is most possible in diabetics, then the infection doesn't cure easily. If this takes long time then leg goes in to such a state called gangrene where the only option left is to amputate, i.e, remove leg it spreads all over.

To avoid this, a great care of controlling sugar levels with regular medication, stress free life is required.

Hope this guides you. For any other queries you can write to me. I will be happy to help you. Thank you.
