Is There A Good Natural Appetite Suppressant?

I am terrified of gaining weight!!! I have lost over 85 lbs in the last year or so. I quit smoking two months ago and have already put on 8 or 9 lbs. I will be 60 years old in Aug and know that I have made the best choice for myself, (I have a list of medical issues) Is there a good natural appetite suppressant that I could research?

Food is the best and most natural appetite suppressant you can have. If you are worried about gaining weight, increase your intake of fibre rich foods which are low in calories and will keep you full for a long time which will help in weight maintenance. Here is a list of some low calorie high fibre foods which will help:

salads like cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, radish, carrots etc,
fruits like melons, apples, pears, berries, plums, guava, citrus fruits
vegetables like leafy greens, cabbage, broccoli, celery, bottlegourd, ridge gourd etc.
beverages: green tea, lemon water, coconut water, buttermilk, raw mango drink etc.

If you include plenty of salads in your diet both vegetable and fruit salads alongwith the above beverages , you will eat less calories without feeling hungry.
