Is There A Chance Of Catching HIV On Using Vibrator On Back Passage?

Hi I am a 21 year old male from Scotland. I had sex with a prostitute she was African we had protected sex buy at the end for about 5 mins she used a vibrator on my back pasage. I didnt see her putting a condom on it but she said she did. Can I catch hiv or anything else from this?

thank you for query.there is least chance of transmission by protected intercourse.the chance by using vibrator is also least as
1.the vibrator may not be inserted without cleaning.
2.if condom was used on it then again no chance.
3.the hiv organosm do not survive for long time outside in environment .
4.the previous person used it must be positive it is unlikely.
5.there should be ulcers/abrasions in the anal canal for transmission.
the chances still will be 1/200 to 1/2000 by this route.So it unlikely from this.you may get some injuries ans abrasions from this.and infections if unhygienic conditions.You can get back to me for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
