Is There A Better Alternative Of Sertraline For The Treatment Of Tinnitus?

okay here goes, my name is gladys armstrong, im 65, and for the past couple of years, i have had tinnitus, it came on from stress, i have been on sertraline, since that time 100 mg, is there something i can take that would be more helpful, i cannot sleep, cannot read a book, this has impacted me and i feel like i have a front row seat to losing my mind

Hello,

Many causes for tinnitus. But psychological causes of tinnitus may be treated with other SSRI s.

But a diagnosis of causative important. Get it done MRI brain and ear nose throat examination, the cardiac examination is important.

Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. low dose Benzodiazepines also useful.

Please consult your ENT specialist/neuro physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.
