HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The pus cells may indicate that she may have an infection of the urinary tract (includes bladder, ureter, urethra, kidneys).

This would require antibiotics.

The albumin may be due to the infection or due other injury of the urinary tract that may need investigation eg if there is a history of diabetes or high blood pressure, there may be damage to the urinary tract.

She should consider seeing her doctor for assessment and treatment.

I hope this helps
