Is The Urinalysis Result Normal?

my urinalysis results,, color- yellow, transparency-slightly cloudy ph-7.5, specific gra-1.015 ,protein-trace, sugar-negative ,wbc-6-10/hpf, rbc 2-4/hpf, E.cells-moderate, amurates-few,. threads-occasional, bacteria-moderate, casts-non seen.. is this normal or i hav to take antibiotics? thanks...

Hi,
this is definitely an abnormal urinalysis. Protein should not be detected (although traces can be present under certain circumstances), the pH is higher than usual, the urine should not be cloudy, the WBC count should be lower and no bacteria should be present (urine should be sterile).
Although the results are not normal your question about treatment could not be answered since you've not given all the information needed for that. Speaking in general, no treatment is administered if symptoms suggesting a urinary tract infection are not present unless certain conditions apply (e.g. pregnancy or compromised immune system).
