What dose mean of my Sperm report Volume - 3.0 ml Colour - white Consistency - visit Reaction - alkaline Time of liquefaction - 110 mins Total count - 33 million /ml MICROSCOPICAL EXAMINATION 1st hour 2nd hour 3rd hour Active motile 00% 00 % 00% Sluggish motile 50% 20% 05% Non motile 50% 80% 95% Pus cell : 1--2 /hpt Abnormal cell 18% If it s problem, how to improve? Please help me.

Hello,

Your sperm liuefication time is more. Motility ok but it has to be >30-40% progressive motility.

So take vit e and vit c daily once for one month. Use cap bano leo twice a day. Avoid alcohol, avoid smoking. Eat green leafy vegetables.
