Is The Sperm Count Normal?

Hi I am 30 years old ; today I got my semen analysis report and the values are Volume : 2.0ml ; colour: p yellow ; vescosity: normal sperm concentration : 37 M/ml motility: 48% ; actively motile: 21% ; sluggishly motile: 27%; nonmotile: 52% Morphology- normal:46% abnormal:54%. Can you plz tell me these values are normal or not; waiting for your response. Thanks

Your semen analysis report suggests decreased motility of sperms.
At least 55 % sperms should be motile.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
L-Carnitine and Acetyl-L-Carnintine are two amino acids that improve sperm motility.vitamin A and C and zinc also impact sperm quality and motility.
You should avoid alcohol and cigarettes if you take it.
If decreased motility persists the you may need assisted reproductive techniques like IUI.

Other factors like sperm count is normal.
