Is The Semen Analysis Report Normal Enough To Become Father?

I did a Simen Test and report was

Vloume 302 Ml

Iam 31 Years , Hight 175 CM , wEIGHT 130 kg
perm Count 4.2 Milion/Ml

Viscocity High

Active 0%

Sluggish 10%

Dead 90%
I have 2 Kids now and not able to make the 3rd one

Can you advise me

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the report of semen given here I would say that this is incomplete report some parameters are missing like you have not mentioned the total count of sperm mistake in volume it may not be 302 MI this is not the valid figure, hope you could understand this, have a nice day.
