Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Lip pigmentation difficult to treat.
If you are a smoker, that could contribute to lip pigmentation. Cessation of smoking is important to revert the color, which will take many months to years.
If it is not idiopathic ( without any cause), you could try Q-switched Nd-Yag laser. It may help to lighten the color. You may require 4-6 sessions every 4 week.s You could discuss this option with your dermatologist.
Cream containing aloevera and vitamin E can also help to some extent.
Do not lick the lips often as this could worsen the pigmentation.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
