Hello,

It looks from your details that you are suffering from compression of nerve by disc at your neck. You should take it seriously. At present you should do following to have relief:
-Do complete rest
-Wear a soft cervical color at your neck
-Apply a local analgesic ointment over neck for 3 times a day
-Do warm fomentation with help of a water bottle at your neck for 3 times a day
-Take a good analgesic with muscle relaxant action
-Taking help of a physiotherapist will be helpful for you
-There are some exercises which should be done after relief from pain
At any stage if you feel weakness in your arm or loss of power or sensation then you should consult to your doctor specially a orthopedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
