Is The Following Result Of Diaper Rash Culture Done Of A 15 Month Old Normal: Rare Growth Mixed Skin Flora Isolated ?
My daughter (15 mo.) had a diaper rash culture done and it said rare growth mixed skin flora isolated. She has had diarrhea for 2 weeks. Just wondering if the results are normal. I m assuming they are because I would think someone would have called me if I had anything to worry about...

nothing to worry, daiper rash is very common, make sure the diapers are changed atleast every 3 hrs, apply vaseline jelly over the rash.
