Is The Following MRI Result Normal?

impression of MRI - no herniated disc at any level. prognosis causes moderate left neural forminal at C2-3. Spondylosis and minimal disc bulge result in moderate bilateral neural forminal narrowing at C3-4. Disc desiccation and mild disc bulging result in moderate to severe Right and severe Left neural forminal narrowing atC4-5. Spondylosis and broad-based disc bulging result in moderate bilateral neural forminal stenosis and mild canal stenosis at C5-6. Spondylosis and mild disc bulging result in moderate Right and moderate to severe Left neural foramen at C6-7. Does this qualify for disability?
