hi doc i had my hsg it said the endometrial canal is normal in shape and volume. both fallopian tubes fill with contrast.there is marked peritoneal spill on the right, contrast pools within the fimbrial end of the fallopian tube and minimal peritoneal spillage is seen is this normal
1.The report suggest that there is a pooling of contrast within the fimbrial end of the on the right side. 2. However there was spillage, it suggest there is obstruction in the terminal end of the tube. 3.Since spillage is there you can consider as normal report. 4.Follow the ovulation calendar and try for the pregnancy. 5.In case of difficulty you may need to get dilatation of the tubes, as in some infection this kind of the narrowing may happen.
Good luck. Hope i have answered your query, any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask. http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-ganesh/62888
