Is The Fever Due To Typhoid Or Is It Viral?
Hi, I am Amrita, 22yrs with 52 kg weight. I am having fever since last 4 days. Fever is not constant. Its fine till the effect of medicine is there. One doctor is telling its typhoid and another is telling its Viral. I have taken paracetamol injection also,but still fever persists.
I have Blood Test Report:
Haemoglobin - 10.8 gms%
Total count - 10,100 cells
POLYMORPHS - 56%
LYMPHOCYTES - 42%
EOSINOPHILS - 02%
ESR - 10mm/hour
WIDAL TEST
STO - positive 1:80
STH - positive 1:80
AH - Negative
PH - Negative
RA Test MP - Negative
Platelet Count - 2,19,000 cells
Please let me know what the above report confirms and also suggest medical treatment for the same.
