Is The Child Safe After Tingling And Numbness Subsides From Yellow Fever Vaccination Shot?

My daughter had a yellow fever vaccination shot today. She is travelling to Africa in a. Couple of months from now. She suffered tingling and numbness in both arms and part of her face. The clinic monitored her and this subsided after about half an hour. Is she "safe" now? Shd she be concerned?

Yellow fever vaccine is quite safe.
But the people having egg allergy and very small children may have some neurological complications especially if they are immunodeficient.
