Is The Blood Lymphocyte Count Of 83 In An Infant, Anything Serious?
hi, my 1 year and 3 months daughter has hemoglobin of 126, hematocrit of 0.37, RBCc of 3.96, WBCc of 7.80, neutrophil 15%, segmenter 15%, lymphocyte 83, and monocyte 2. This are her lab results. Im concerned because the lymphocyte is high. please tell me your findings regarding this matter thank you.

It can be a sign of infection possibly viral infection and will return to normal in few days. If the lymphocyte count is persistently high, a peripheral smear is required to look for any hematological causes.
