Hello, My Wife s HSG report tells the following Clumping of the right fallopian tube-? Secondary to the adhesion with minimal associated free peritoneal spill. Left Hydrosalphinx with no significant peritoneal spill. What does it mean, is it something normal, please let me know. Thank You!
According to reports there is clumping of right Fallopian tube.It may be due to adhesion. Adhesion may occur due to post op changes, sequel of infection etc. There is minimal spillage of contrast in peritoneal cavity.
There is also left hydrosalphinx means dilatation with fluid inside the left Fallopian tube and there is no significant spillage of contrast in peritoneal cavity. It means you have bilateral block in Fallopian tubes. Hope i have answered your query.
