Is Tetraphol Plus Manufacture By Many Brands?

Hi, I am 39 years old. I have been given tetrafol plus (salts calcium 2.8mg pyridoxal- 5 phosphate 25mg, Macobalamin JP 2mg, Excipients q.s.) manufactured by Akums drugs & pharmaceuticals along with asprin 75mg as a daily dose to treat my higher level of homocystine 16.88. I had one event seven month before of waking up at night after half an hour of my sleep with little sensation of tingling on one cheek and numbness in one leg for less than 30 sec. My all other tests are OK. Please advise how serious this higher level of homocystine is? Any guidance about my medication? Also I searched on google and found tetraphol plus is Sun pharmaceuticals brand, but this one is Ackum drugs brand with same name. Please advise if this is correct medicine for folic acid and vitamin B. Thanks

recent study have shown relation between high homocystine level with blood vessel cell damage and coagulation of blood (thrombosis) and osteoporosis. drug is correct as it contain vitamin B. tetrafol plus is the drug which contain combination of vitamin B6 and B12 and folic acid. reduce the diet includes Egg white, halibut fish and other fish, flakes (low methionine diet)
