Is Taking Wrong Dosage Of Combutol For Lymphnode Tuberculosis A Cause For Concern?

Hello Doctor, I was diagnosed with lymphnode tuberculosiss in Nov-2014. I have been on AKT treatment. My medicines are as follows: R-Cinex 600 (Rifampicin and Isoniazid (1 tb) Combutol 600 (Ethambutol Hydrochloride) (2 tb) Pyzina (Pyzinamide) (2 tb) Benadon 40 (1 tb) from last month Pyzina has been stopped. Rest 3 medicines are continuing. Yesterday I took my dosage on time. However, I erroneously took only 1 tb of Combutol 600 instead of 2 tb. Now what should I do please advice

Hello and welcome.

No problem, just continue with the usual dosage from today and inform your doctor during your next consultation.

If you take the medications every 2-3 days, then you can take the extra tablet of ethambutol today as well.
