Hello, Ok, the complications from dental surgery are bleeding, infection, and failure to heal. the process of building up with a workout and building up from surgery are the same so in theory, a supplement can only be good. Unfortunately, they are not regulated at all and frequently have pharmaceuticals put into them. Also, they are unlikely to have exactly what they say they have in them at the amounts given. Still, it is more likely to be beneficial than dangerous. Penicillin is pretty inert and is gone a few hours after being given. It is unlikely to interact with anything but bacteria.
