Is Taking Novo-lexin Advisable For Stomach Discomfort And Soreness In Hip After Undergoing Hip Reconstruction?
Hi there. My son has been prescribed novo -lexin ( cephalexin) 500mg for a pressure sore he developed during hip reconstruction. He s already been taking it for 2 months and needs to continue until the sore is healed, which will be many months from now. What can I do to make sure he doesn t get the upset stomach he gets all the time. He s up all night long because of cramps or stomach discomfort. Please help.

the antibiotic is causing heat and acid formation in stomach and also destroying stomach aura. to avoid it i would prefer coconut water in day time and curd in good quantity. it will cool the stomach and replace the aura in the stomach. also you can add some antacid before taking meds to avoid producing over acidity. this will overcome his stomach cramp issue. also you can apply calendula cream over the site of sore for faster healing. tried in most patients and surely will help you
