I have had bad sinus congestion the past 3 days and some light headedness the past few days and I was concerned about my BP so I went to my local rite-aide and went on one of those machines they have for BP and mine was 154/81 and it said it was high. I thought the systolic was elevated but the diastolic was descent. I am om Meds for BP and I take losartan potassium 100mg and Ateneol 25 mg for BP. So I was a bit concerned about the numbers but the pharmacist said it could be from the sinuses. My BP is usually good and I get it checked often. She said to come in tomorrow and check it again and if it s still high to see my doctor this week. I was wondering if there was anything I can take over the counter for the stuffiness. Would Tylenol be acceptable. I am resting today but this change in the weather has made my sinuses go crazy. I have had this problem before and my doctor gave me some Meds but it s Saturday and I won t be able to see him till Monday. Any info would be helpful. Thanks
