Is Taking Prospan Safe Instead Of Zyrtec For Mild Cough And Wheezing?
hi my 33 months old son is wheezing with little cough..doctor gave me zyrtec but dindt work for him dosage is once at nightv only 2.5ml.im thinking of givingvhim prospan as previously when he got cough it works well for him though no wheezing.is that ok?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the allergic condition then it needs to be managed in that way only, the most important is bronchial spasm if this the symptoms then it needs to be managed with bronco dilator but for that clinical examination is must till then I would suggest to try Levocetirizine with Pseudoephedrine some time it may needs other investigations too for perfect or right diagnosis hope this information helps.
