Is Taking Pantocid And Flotral Advisable While On Telma?

Good day doc pls is it ok for my 73yr old dad who is on telma for his bp to also take ciprox, pantocid, ultracet and flotral because he had a bad reaction last night after taking these medications after his biopsy and fainted for about 2 minutes and vomited this afternoon.

I really appreciate your concern, symptoms given here of fainting and vomiting are not the symptoms of reaction but it could be some cerebral symptoms which really needs some investigations it could be TIA (Transient ischemic attack ) your concern hope this advise and information helps.
