Is Taking Oxycodone Advisable While On Tramadol For Acute Pancreatitis?

My 72 year old husband is having an acute pancreatitis attack, and his doctor gave him tramadol for pain and also oxycodone/acetaminophen for severe pain. He has began running a temperature of 101.5. I gave him tramadol about 4 hours ago and wonder if it would be safe to give him the oxycodone/act now to control the fever.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fever and it is most concern then it is better to give antibiotic else antipyretic can be used for fever but if it is the infection then better to give Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
