General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ormeloxifene is a form of hormonal contraception. Hormonal contraception can decrease bleeding due to some causes but would not work in all situations.

You may need to consider visiting your doctor to find out the cause of the bleeding.
It can be related to fibroids, infection, endometriosis, benign (non cancer) growths or due to hormonal causes.

Your abdomen and pelvis would need to be examined and imaging would also be needed.
Imaging would likely be an ultrasound of the pelvis.

Treatment would depend on the cause found.

I hope this helps
