HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Polycystic ovaries is a common cause of problems with conception.
In women with this condition, in addition to the cysts on the ovaries, there may also be hormonal changes as well.
Weight loss is also suppose to help improve the chance of getting pregnant in with polycystic ovaries as is the use of a medication called
metformin.
In terms of the
clomiphene, this may also be helpful because it helps with ovulation (release of eggs from the ovaries) and may improve chances.
Letrozole can also be used to help with fertility problems so she can use on of these.
There are possible side effects for either of these as with any medication or supplement but these effects may not occur.
Clomiphene side effects are: hot flashes, breast discomfort, headache , dizziness, tiredness,
nervousness, nausea, vomiting
letrozole-hot flashes, tiredness, dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, insomnia, weight gain
These effects may not occur.
I hope this helps
