Is Taking Klonopin Advisable For Cardiac Arrhythmia?
I have been taking klonipin for cardiac arrhythmia . I also have congestive heart failure, high blood pressure due to a cystic kidney I was born with and was later removed when I was 25 years old. The klonipin was prescribed by a cardiologist who is well known. I was told by a dr. That klonipin was not given for any heart problems? Can you answer this question for me. Thank you!

Clonazepam, known under the brand name Klonopin among others, is a medication used to prevent and treat seizures, panic disorder, and the movement disorder known as akathisia. It is a tranquilizer of the benzodiazepine class. It is not used for cardiac arrhythmias.Please be careful
