Is Taking Hydroxychloroquine And Methotrexate Advisable For Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I am currently being prescribed Arava, Hydroxychloroquine, prednisone and methotrexate IM. Are all of these medications needed for a newly diagnosed RA age 62 F with only joint showing some inflammation middle finger knuckle. I just finished RX for Carcinoma In Situ post breast/lymph node surgery. Anastrozole prescribed. Currently on omeprazole, Cymbalta, tramadol and actonel.
