Is Taking Diurex Advisable Instead Of Chlorthalidone?

I relocated and changed doctors. My new doctor will not honor prescription from my former doctor so? I ve been without my chlorthalidone for nearly a month and been taking over the counter diurex. Is that okay until I can find a doctor to fill prescription.

Hi
Thanks for consulting HCM
And the answer is , Yes , you can take diurex until you find a doctor to prescribe you chlorthalidone . Both these work in a similar manner i.e. by incresing urination.
