Is Taking D-Veniz Twice A Day Safe?

I am a Ocd patient since 20 years. I have taken many medicine such as Clonil, Flunil, Luvox but there is no improvement with these above mentioned medicines. After this approx 5 years ago my doctor prescripe me D- Veniz 50 once a day. I was felling better but not as a good as i want. Then i tried herbal( ayurvedic) medicines with it. After taking this combination i feel more better. Since 1 year i am not taking any medicine but now i am taking only D- Veniz 50 once a day for approx 2 months. My doctor suggest to take this medicine twice a day for better Improvement. I want to ask that taking this medicine twice a day is safe and appropriate or not?
