Is Taking Celestamine Safe For Rashes On Face And Neck?

Hello there, I'm having concerns with my face and neck having rashes when I started taking Ciprofloxacin tablet that was prescribed by my doctor for the sinusitis that im suffering of. He also prescribed cetirizine for my allergic rhinitis. Would it be okay if I take Celestamine for the rashes?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Celestamine contains Betamethasone that is a Steroid and Dexchlorpheneramine Maleate that is anti allergic..
In case if you have allergic reaction to antibiotic Ciprofloxacin then Cetrizine is useful as well as effective in relieving allergic reaction that is causing rashes..
In case if you take Celestamine then you do not need to take Cetrizine..
So I would suggest you to take Celestamine and can stop taking Cetrizine..
You can also apply Calamine lotion over rashes for relief from itching and will also soothe the skin..
Do cool compresses over the face and neck..
