Is Swollen Glands Normal While Having Helicobacter Pylori Infection?

I have been told I have an Helicobacter pylori infection by the doctor and he put me on a Prevpac that I started 2 days ago. Yesterday I noticed the glands under my neck were swollen. I called the nurse at the doctors office. She said he not in until tomorrow but that I should monitor how the glands do over the next couple of days. Any thoughts? Is this normal for a case of Helicobacter pylori or a Prevpac treatment?
