General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to the fall.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications to relieve the pain and inflammation such as Acetaminophen three times a day.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.
I recommend to rest and elevate their area to prevent further inflammation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
