Is Swollen Ankles And Arms With Difficulty Breathing Serious?

I woke up 3 days ago and my hand and half my forearm was numb and tingely but i slep on it wrong and had an elastic around my wrist. and i couldnt aline my middle finger with my other finger it was like this until the next day. i could move my fingers fine but my ankles were swollen i elevated them through out the day i got a good night sleep but when i woke up my other arm was swollen and my breathing was off..i want to go the hospital but i am a single mother and its hard to get someone here to watch my daughter. i am 37 years old i wanted to ask you to see if is something i should be concerned over
