Hello and welcome.

I am guessing the pregnancy test is a urine test which returned a negative result. But if you were at the doctors you should have requested for an ultrasound examination which could have confirmed/ruled out pregnancy.

A few things are unclear in your query and so I cannot really understand for how long you have not seen your period to really provide more information on whether your urine pregnancy test could be accurate or if you can go ahead with an ultrasound examination. Please discuss all this with your doctor.

Best wishes.
