Is Swelling In Calf, Blurred Vision And Droopy Mouth Symptoms Of Mini Stroke?
Age 47 5 1 105 history of lyme disease. Last night I had severe swelling of my right calf , hot to the touch and painful, and then later my vision got blurry -dim and dark. I got up to use the restroom and dropped to my right- (for no reason) and fell really hard- after a few minutes I felt my mouth and left eye droop. Do you think this was a mini-stroke?

Lyme disease it self have symptoms like redness at affected area as well joint weakness and face muscle weakness too. So here it is difficult to say either it was mini stroke or just a effect of your existing problem. Since you was feeling weak only one side again there is a doubt that it can be a mini stroke to. I suggest to do mri of brain and based on report do consult the neuro physician too if there is any issue. Hope you are already on treatment for Lyme disease too. Take care.
