Is Swelling At The Site Of Injection On The Arm A Cause For Concern?

I donated plasma today, and they had to stick both of my arms, because the left arm which they stuck first began to swell. Now that I am back home, the swelling has moved down to my fore arm and it is very sore. I just wanted to be sure that this was a normal reaction that I could expect to go away soon, or if I should do anything about it
