General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
This is not normal to have condom stuck and the pain thereafter.
There would have been an excoriation of the sensitive skin of the anal canal or fissuring or an acute infection. I would advise such patients to get checked by a Surgeon to confirm what exactly is the probable.
You may have to have a SITZ bath ( sitting in a tub with warm water ) to sooth the area.
The painful swelling can be due to impending abscess formation secondary to local infection. This takes a few days to settle.
