Is Sweating, Chest And Blood Pressure With Headache A Heart Attack?

My husband had a sweating spell followed by chest pressure that lasted for almost two hours. His blood pressure was 163/83 and pulse was 87. Plus. Bad headache. When the Pressure subsided his blood pressure went down drastically. Did he have a heartattach?

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
A sweating spell followed by chest pressure lasting nearly two hours with high BP like 163/83 mm hg and subsequent fall of BP (decapitation most likely)goes more in favour of Acute coronary syndrome vis a vis heart attack. He should be hospitalized and further investigated like ECG,troponin T/I,CPK-MB to rule out acute myocardial infarction.
