Is Surgery Required For Sinus?
Am suffering from the Sinus from past 4-years. symptomps are headache, noses blocking, fore head paining useually,snoring.. Do i require surgery? after surgery will it cure permanently? Thru medicine can w cure this ? Please help me on this . Thanks for any sugestions... Regards, Ramakrishna.

Most persons with sinusitis do not require surgery.
Sinus symptoms are most commonly stimulated by allergies. Allergic triggers vary, they could be dust, particular foods, pollen, animals.
Treatment: (1) consider allergy testing so that you could identify what causes your allergic reaction and eliminate or reduce your exposure
(2)topical nasal steroids would reduce your nasal symptoms, post nasal drip
(3)decongestants would help to reduce sinus congestion and help with your headache as well
(4)may also need oral anti histamines
