Hello Thanks for posting your query here. Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign tumor of salivary gland. Since it is below your right ear, it must be from right parotid salivary gland. It is a slow growing tumor and has a tendency to turn malignant after some years. I would have also advised a surgery for it, as the surgery becomes increasingly difficult once the tumor grows to considerable size. Also facial nerve lies within the parotid gland, which can get damaged in big sized tumors. I feel you should take a call and get it removed unless you dont mind carrying a tumor in your body.
