Is Surgery Needed For 95% Blockage In Both Cartoid Arteries?
Should a 58 year old woman with 95% blockage in both carotid arteries have surgery? There are so many other factors to be seen for surgery, like block of other arteries, the degree of block, and the factors for block etc.
Sedantary, obese, and smoker, and probably with high cholesterol, and atherosclerisis. So first of all these factors are to be controlled before the surgery is done.Other wise there could be recurance of the block.
If the habits, and obacity continues, soon it may lead to the complete block, and stroke may occur.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,
and protein rich foods, and fruits to prevent any hazards.
She should stop smoking, practice yoga, morning walk, etc.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
