General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Surgery will be the best option.
The size is quite large and there is chance for spontaneous rupture and fatal bleeding if left untreated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
