Is Surgery Advisable For Gallbladder Polyp?

Dear Doctor, I have just got my result.the result was I have a .6 cm gallbladder polyp.only 1 polyp they found.They said its small.I worried alot.Do I need an emergency surgery?If it is bothered then I have to go for surgery that s what they said.I need some ideas regarding my case.Hope you can help me. there is no need to worry at all.polyps do not harm at all until they are small but as they grow they can interfere with nearby organs and ducts so surgery is the best thing to do at the earliest stage.
