Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are not having wrist bacterial arthritis. Bacterial arthritis is very rare and usually happens when there is wound in the wrist. So there is no chances of tempon causing this in you.
Most probably you are having wrist synovitis. In this condition there is fluid accumulation in the wrist. For this I would suggest you to follow these steps.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Tablet Bruten 400 mg od
3.Compression bandage
In resistant cases there is need of steroid injection.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

hi,
thanks for writing to healthcaremagic

no, you don't seem to have bacterial arthritis

you seem to have bruised your wrist or just a sprain in the ligament of your wrist

please do the following:
1. apply ice packs to your wrist 4-5 times a day.
2. give rest to the wrist. you can even use a wrist splint for the same.
3. avoid lifting any kind of weight with your affected side.
4. if pain is too much, take antiinflammatory like ibuprofen or
acetaaminophen.

it should resolve in 4-5days.
hope i have been of help to you.
if satisfied, please do not forget to rate my answer
thank you
