Is Stomach Upset A Symptom Of An Intestinal Bacterial Infection?

Three years ago I was diagnosed with bad bacteria in my stomach I think it was called pyloric. I was put on a round of high doses antibiotics . My question is - my stomach is upset I feel similar to the way did then. Is it possible for this bad bacteria to come back

Your suffering from H. pylori induced gastritis, yes it is possible that you may get repeat infection due to H. pylori.

But confirm by endoscopy and biopsy of the mucosa for pathological examination.

Other possibilities like food intolerance or drug induced gastritis etc.
