Noted the history of cyst removal and getting prescription medications Pantakind DSR, Zinase DP, Altacep CV and feel gastric issue and little pain. Yes this can be due to the medications you are taking particularly the anti-inflammatory and antibiotics. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Stop the medicines at once and consult your Doctor to have clinical evaluation and getting another medications as may be needed as per the condition of the operation. It is possible that you may not need any medications other than Pantakind DSR and Antacid. Take soft and bland diet. No smoking, no alcohol. Get the dressing and stitch removal at an appropriate time as might have been advised.
